Rose quartz is a popular gem right now for home decor and jewelry as well as magical and new age uses. Many purveyors of rose quartz reference its long history as a beauty aide and place in ancient mythology - but are these actual ancient references, or modern stories used to sell products? The answers will take us from ancient Egypt to K-pop and beyond.
